New Hope Welcomes You!
New Hope Christian Camp and Retreat Center exists to glorify God by proclaiming the name of Jesus. It is a living testimony to the redemptive power of God! New Hope is a place of refuge, where people can meet Jesus, experience his redeeming love, grow closer to Him, and build relationships through worship, renewal, and fellowship.
New Hope was established in 2017 through the Platte Ministerial Association. With the help of generous volunteers and donors, the property has been renovated and transformed into what New Hope is today: 40 acres of fun! With a facility that houses a full sized gym, 4 bedrooms with 20 bunk beds (40 beds total), a full kitchen, and multiple meeting rooms, New Hope has become a place for just that: HOPE. New Hope was created out of tragedy, but we hope to transform lives in Jesus' name through God's powerful plan.
Work on the facilities is in constant motion at New Hope. Painting, plumbing, construction on the new Chapel, carpet and flooring being laid, bunk beds being built--New Hope has a new look! Stop in sometime if you happen to be by. Just give us a call so we can be at the front door to greet you!
New Hope is located 3 miles south of Platte, South Dakota. We have a beautiful view of the open prairies.
